3.Type: Shared bedroom in a 2Bed-1Bath apartment. LIVING ROOM is available too, if you want a separate and private space.
4.Rent: 525$ for the shared room. If you want the living room, then the rent would be $500
5.Water, heat, trash and snow removal are included in the rent. Electricity and Wifi combined is approx 30$ per person.
6.Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove,dishwasher, refrigerator, blenders and utensils.
7.Just 1 minute walk to boulders bus stop, with regular buses to campus and downtown arriving every 20 minutes.
