Lovely Victorian walking distance to campus
A clean, pleasant 2nd-floor bedroom with twin (i.e., single) bed, with desk, bookshelves, and closet space. You have use of a full bathroom (shower/tub) on same floor. My house is a lovely century-old Victorian with porches and living room you can... use. Your room comes with small dorm-size refrigerator, and hot water kettle, but not access to the main kitchen downstairs except for special occasions (I'm a medical writer and work from home). I expect you will eat most meals at UMass dining facilities. You have full use of the house, porches, yard, laundry room, etc. Normal considerations of cleanliness, quiet, and respectfulness are expected. Happy to show you the place in person before you decide and, in turn, I want to interview prospective tenants before I decide to rent.
