Live in a lovely country setting in Belchertown near the Pelham town line just 11 minutes from Amherst Center and 13 minutes to... UMass and Amherst College. The sunny lot has forested conservation land on two sides and across the road, with many hiking trails and a large pond just up the road.
High speed internet , heat, electricity and water are included. Full-sized office desk included.
This rental is for the main portion of the house. There is also a smaller, separate in-law apartment that is not included. The garages are also not included.
