Large private room in family home

This large and mostly-private houseshare rental is in beautiful Leverett
Center. The space consists of a fairly large bedroom, a full bathroom,
and the whole large finished basement in which there is a kitchenette,
dining table, and living room area....
It has two entrances of its own, one
directly into the bathroom and one through the garage into the basement.
Perfect for an individual or small family. A car is likely necessary for
getting around but Amherst and UMass are only a 10 minute drive.

The space is 99% private but is legally a houseshare rental, and indeed
we will have to pass through the rental space sometimes to access
laundry and storage. The renter(s) can also use the in-house laundry,
enjoy the yard and gardens, and share access to some recreation
equipment such as our kayaks.

$1,400/month including all utilities and a furnished space. Available
for August 1 or September 1 start dates. Occupying the rest of the house
is our family of two young parents, a 3-year-old, and a baby, with
another rental room upstairs that this academic year will be occupied by
a young parent and 2-year-old. So some toddler noise is to be expected!

Anyone interested in viewing the place or talking by phone/zoom please
send a message with a note about yourself and your housing needs.
