Large private room in family home
Spacious room for rent on the second floor of our beautiful home in Leverett Center. The room has a private half bathroom and big walk-in closet. It is large enough to fit a big bed, desk, and table and chairs. We are open to two roommates sharing... the space. We are 15 minutes from Amherst. The natural surroundings are lovely, but you will need your own car to live here. All utilities included.
You would share the other spaces in the home as our housemate. The house and yard are large and include a screen porch, dining room, living room with a wood stove, and finished basement with a piano. We are a family of two adults and one toddler, and we are expecting a new baby in February. We love hiking, playgrounds, cooking, and books. We are looking for a kid-friendly housemate who is comfortable with a fair amount of noise and bustle. We are early to bed, early to rise. We are generally busy but friendly, and we will aim to give you the level of privacy you desire.
