Four Bedroom Houseshare in Northampton

Housemate is leaving when school ends. Looking for someone to fulfill a new lease through 8/30/27. Move in date is flexible if they leave ahead of time. Location! This is a great downtown Northampton location! It's a three-minute walk to the... 5-College bus stop, close to Smith College and a very short distance to the entrance of Rt. 91. Also, the house is right next to the bike path to Easthampton/Union Station/Amherst. This is an especially convenient apartment for someone without a car. This is a town-house style apartment with an oak cabinet kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen has appliances and kitchen utensils and the living room is fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer within the apartment. There is off-street parking. Also, there is a yard with flower gardens and a picnic table. The unfurnished bedroom that is available has three sunny windows and a large closet. The room has a varnished wood floor, a ceiling fan/light, two windows that faces north and a window that faces east. This is a nice large 11'x14' bedroom that has white walls, three sunny windows, a large closet, a ceiling fan, and a nice wood floor. The rent for this bedroom is $625.00 per month plus utilities.
