Housemate wanted for 4 bedroom apartment!

We’re looking for a 4th roommate for a bedroom in a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Northampton. We have a shared kitchen, living room, two porches, AND a study. Shared utilities include gas, electricity, wifi, and water. Our... landlord pays for trash and snow. We’re a ten minute walk from downtown (AND the PVTA bus stop). We have street parking and the apartment is cat-friendly. The rent is $788.25/month.

About us: Three grad students from UMass looking for a responsible fourth roommate. Ideally, we'd want to live with someone that works well within a mutually decided structure. Communication is key.

We are a queer, neurodivergent household that loves banter and hanging out but we also respect each other's personal space. We are a curious bunch of people that like learning and exchanging ideas, making music, cooking/baking projects, and collecting house plants.
