I’m transferring from Umass next semester and am looking for someone to takeover my lease. The rent is $913 + utilities which so far hasn’t exceeded $100/month. I’d leave the bed, dresser, desk + chair, and bookshelf behind so the room would be... pretty well furnished. The house is great, it’s in Hadley, and is a short walk (~2min) to the bus stop. You’d share the place with 5 awesome roommates, all of whom are students at umass. We have a great kitchen as well as in-unit washer/dryer. Move-in would be January 1st, and the lease would go through May 2027, but if that doesn’t work for you we may be able to work something out with the rental company. The ideal candidate would be someone who’s a student or in their early to mid 20’s.
