Granby Heights Condo (Shared Housing)

This house has three levels. One tenant lives in the basement, where the other tenants can use a small storage unit and laundry room. The basement also includes a half bathroom primarily used by the basement tenant.
The ground floor has a full... kitchen and a fully furnished living room, both shared with the other tenants.
Upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is occupied by the house owner, and the other bedroom (pictures here) is for rent. We are two males in our 40s, laid-back people who enjoy board games and other fun nerdy stuff. One of us works at Amherst College, and the other used to work in the local movie theaters. We mostly keep to ourselves but are looking for someone to help us keep the house clean and in order while also having friendly chats whenever the opportunity arises.
The rent is $1100/month, including all utilities (trash removal, snow removal, heat, electricity, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer usage). There is plenty of parking available for you and your guests.
The house is also on the PVTA bus line to UMass and Hampshire College (literally outside the compound). It takes about 30 minutes on the bus to UMass and 15 minutes by car. The house is 10-15 mins to Hadley, where you can do all the necessary grocery shopping. Atkins Farm is right up the straight (5 mins driving).
