(FIRST FLOOR SUITE includes bedroom,... office, & stone tile bathroom, lots of built in storage, shelves, window seat, desk/counter, armoire, great windows, view of stream, sunlight, good blinds. This unit is not available at this time.)

SECOND FLOOR SUITE bedroom, bath, 2 closets, built in shelves, cupboards, and drawers, desk, twin bed, floor lamp

This is a a peaceful, friendly, private, environment where you can relax, concentrate, practice, study, nourish, enjoy, There is a kitchen annex (separate from owner's kitchen) part of a large laundry room that can be used by both tenants.This kitchen is newly painted and has stove and refrigerator. Tenants can also have a small fridge, microwave, and coffeepot in the suite if you prefer.

Family bedrooms are in separate area of the house which allows privacy for everyone. I am a single woman; my adult daughter lives here too. We have 3 bonded young cats that stay in owners area of house. We've been renting two rooms/suites for many years and it works really well. Renters have been graduate students, music students (this is a good place to practice), nursing students, professors. If you are a two year grad student I will rent straight through with only one summer. I look forward to meeting you.
