I am graduating soon, so if you love the place, you’ll also have the option to sign the lease for the next academic year. It's perfectly fine if you are only interested in summer... sublet.

Utilities (wifi, electricity, water) are around $50/person/month in total, and split equally between roommates.
👥 About your roommates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with two male UMass students. They’re friendly, easy-going, and quiet. They mostly stay in their rooms, almost never cook (but won't mind if you do), and are looking for someone who values a clean, peaceful living space.
