The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well as an extensive bike path system connecting the local towns literally at the end of the street. I am sure you will love it!

The Space:

The main entrance is at the back of the house (where you park). Entering through the mudroom, you will find a large living room with stunning wrap-around glass windows. A laundry room with brand-new appliances and a full bathroom are adjacent to the living room. Passing through the living room, you arrive at the recently refinished kitchen, which features a breakfast nook with a table and seating for six. Beyond the kitchen is a dining room for hosting guests, followed by a first-floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, you will find a full bathroom and three additional bedrooms.
I pay for the water and sewer as well as snow plowing.

Your responsibilities are electricity, gas, and the internet.

The house is heated by gas and has electric mini-splits.
