The apartment has two bedrooms, one shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious and well-lit living room. Parking is available.
The house is situated in a quiet and green residential area, just a few minutes away from the PVTA bus line (B43), Smith College, and a variety of restaurants and shops in downtown Northampton.
Non-smoking facilities. Pets are not allowed.
