Looking for a mature someone with a very quiet respectful lifestyle. Home is lived in by a mom and 14-year-old kid. Home has 1.5 shared baths (no private bathroom - bathtub/shower is shared) and large kitchen which can be used. Home is close to Umass and on a bus line and walking trails. There are two very sweet low-allergenic cats (no other pets please!) who do not need to be in your room. Year-long agreement. References and deposit required. No smokers (of any kind). No strong scents (cologne, perfume, scented candles.) Room to garden (flowers, vegetables) if you like to garden. Parking.
