Hello! We’re currently renting this amazing 3 bedrooms 2+1/2 bathrooms unit near downtown Amherst but are in the process of moving into a house we just bought, so we’re looking for someone to take over our lease.

The rent is still at the same great rate from over a year ago—an excellent value for a luxury unit in this area!
They offer the option of a short-term lease (5-6 months), which is perfect if you need flexible housing. You can also sign a longer lease at the current rate.

Property features include:
Spacious rooms and updated kitchen appliances. The house is clean and gorgeous. It was recently renovated. We have lived here for a bit over a year and have not had any problems.

The address is 14 Gray Street, APT B. The big house has two units, and we are on the bigger side. We do not hear any noise from the neighboring unit (current tenants are a lovely couple). It is a few minutes walk to downtown Amherst, and you can see Emily Dickinson's house from our window.

There is plenty of parking space in the driveway and free street parking. Bus 30 is less than a minute walk.

In-unit laundry. Water is paid for by the property owner.

No pet allowed per our lease, but maybe you can try to negotiate a different term.

Monthly rent: $3400.
