Cute house with yard; seeking 2 subletters

My 2 house-mates and I are looking for 2 house-mates to sublet a room for spring semester. 2025
- The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a yard, in-unit laundry, and available parking.
- It’s walking distance from UMass campus and Downtown Amherst.... It’s a one-minute walk from a bus stop served by most of the buses in Amherst.
- ⁠The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and yard.
- We have a kosher dairy kitchen, although we could set up the kitchen to also work for someone who wants to cook non-strictly kosher food.
- Rent is $850/month plus utilities for electricity, wifi, and heating, which will be split between the five of us. The rent covers water, snow removal, and trash and recycling pickup.
- Per the lease, parties and pets are not allowed (small gatherings are ok.)
