Crestview apartments, Looking for a roommate, walking distance to campus and on multiple bus li (Shared Housing)

Looking for roommate to share an apartment at Crestview. The place has an already set up living room/kitchen with all the appliances and necessities! Rent is $940+electric
- 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom (I'd be occupying one of the rooms)
- Pictures show... the room you'd be staying in, some of the furniture in the picture might be for sale, but the room comes unfurnished.
- 10 minute walk from Campus and 2 PVTA bus stops right outside complex (30/31/33) with buses running every 15 mins.
- Living room is furnished with a sofa, futon and a giant TV
- Kitchen comes with refrigerator, microwave and oven, and garbage disposal in the sink. It is fairly well setup with everything you'd need
- 2 storage closets
- Parking spot available
- Bedrooms don't come furnished but you can buy most of the old tenant's stuff if needed, includes a desk, bedframe, mattress etc
- Rent is $1890 in total, split equally so $945+electric+internet (depends on the weather)
- I'm a male PhD student in the Computer Science department, ideally looking for other chill grad students. We do use the living room as a communal space for movie nights, playing video games, or board game nights, etc., and you're welcome to use it as well. It's already set up with everything.
- There aren't any strict cleanliness requirements, but common areas are expected to be neat and cleaned regularly. We currently follow a two week cleaning schedule
