THIS IS NOT A SUBLEASE! My roommate and I are interested in having someone take over our current lease at Meadow View, which opens in June! You need to sign a 12 month renewal and apply through Meadow View apartment official website.

Monthly rent... for the entire unit is $1,900 with a special offer of $500 off for June. Water and heat are included; electricity and internet fees are the tenant’s responsibility (approx. $50/month/person). Very convenient location near the No. 31 bus stop, only a 5-minute bus ride to downtown Amherst/Amherst College, and 15 minutes to UMass. Easy weekend access to Hampshire Mall, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods Market. About a 10-minute drive to school; comes with a designated parking spot.
