Colonial Vlg.

Hi,

I am a 5th year PhD student in ECE at UMass. I have a 2B1B apartment in Colonial Village ( 30 sec walk from bus stop, 12 min to campus by PVTA route 30). I am looking for a roommate who is willing to live in the living room, to sign the lease... for the upcoming year. Lease starts from January 2026 to August 2026. It's a full furnished separate living room (nicely separated by fence and curtain).The rent is $475 + utilities (usually around $50/month in winter and $15 internet fee).

We two UMass graduate students live here. We are very quiet, respectful and clean.
