Each roommate has a front entrance with mudroom. Each bedroom has its' own bathroom. One has... a washer that could be shared, but no dryer. This room is partially furnished with a double bed, dresser and couch. Radiant heat. Warm and sunny. Limited access to kitchen for cooking and eating. We have a fridge and shelving for both roommates. Beautiful garden in a quiet neighborhood on bus line. Quick bike ride or 20 minute walk to campus. Have enjoyed renting to the UMass community for many years now. Stockbridge students welcome to apply; we have a big garden and might have chickens again.
