I'm quiet, clean, and easy to live with. Most of my time is spent studying, doing research, or relaxing at home.... I value open communication and consideration for shared spaces.

I have a friendly cat who loves people but does not get along well with other pets, so I am looking for a pet-free household.

My fiancé visits once each semester for about six weeks. During his visits, he contributes to household expenses, so the rent and utilities will be divided among the three of us.

I'm looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who appreciates a peaceful home environment.

The available room is in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. The bathroom and all common areas are shared equally between the two roommates. The living room is semi-furnished with a couch and a table. The available room is not furnished.
