Brandywine Apartments, 12/14, 1/2 lease takeover, 1 person remains, 2br1b, w/ 3 months rent included

Partial Lease takeover in Amherst near Umass(Brandywine), starting in January 2025 with 3 months(jan, feb, march) of rent covered
Hello,
I am a looking for someone to take over my half of a Brandywine 2br lease. I am graduating at the end of fall. The...
apartment is a 3rd floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Brandywine apartment. The monthly rent is $2050. The apartment has the option for 2 parking spaces that each cost $100 per year
The kitchen has a normal sized fridge/freezer, new dishwasher, a normal sized gas stove/oven, enough counter space for 3 drying racks, 1 toaster oven, 1 air fryer and a decent amount of space to prep ingredients. The apartment also has forced air heating and ac. The laundry is in the apartment next-door, 30 sec walk.

The apartment is 1.4 miles from the Worcester dining commons. The apartment has easy access to the 31 and 30 bus routes which take you to campus in ~5min. It is also about a 10 min bike ride or 30 min walk to campus

The rent is $2050. The internet is $25/month and the electricity is $30-80/month depending on how hard the ac is going. The heating, gas and water are paid for by the landlord. The deposit is $2050 and I need to be reimbursed $1025 of the deposit when I leave the lease. I will cover the rent for the months of Jan, Feb, and March.

I am leaving the apartment but my apartment mate is staying. He is relatively quiet and cleanly, mostly keeps to himself and when at the apartment stays in his room mostly. He has the room that shares a wall with the bathroom.

The apartment can have up to 4 people living in it. Last year, we had one person in each bedroom and one person in the living room. The bedroom is also large enough that you could have 2 people to 1 bedroom. I am looking for 1-3 people to transfer the lease to, with my current apartment mate still on the lease.
If interested, dm.
