Beautiful Room for Fall Only $470+

I currently reside at Lantern Court Apartments, a beautiful and tranquil residential community located in Sunderland. My friend and I are currently seeking a roommate to occupy the living room area. Of course, if you would prefer a private room, you... are also welcome to discuss this option with me.

The unit comes fully furnished and well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and induction cooktop. We both enjoy cooking and would be delighted to share culinary tips and experiences with our roommate. High-speed internet access is provided within the apartment. The building features an on-site laundry room, and dedicated laundry services are also available just outside the apartment complex.

Parking spaces are available at the complex. The apartment is located just a one-minute walk from the bus stop—essentially right on our doorstep. During the academic semester, the Route 31 bus operates daily from 7:30 AM until 1:00 AM, running every 15 minutes. A bus ride to the Physical Science Building takes a mere 11 minutes. On weekends, you can take the same bus directly to Hampshire Mall, Walmart, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods without the need for any transfers. Additionally, the PG shuttle offers rapid transit connections to downtown Amherst and Greenfield.

This apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The unit includes spacious walk-in closets for every resident, offering ample storage space. The remaining common areas—the living room and kitchen—also remain quite spacious and open. We are both very friendly and easygoing individuals. We maintain a tidy and organized living environment, and we commit to conducting a thorough deep cleaning of the apartment once a week to ensure a fresh and clean atmosphere.

Please note: This is a strictly non-smoking residence. We require that you refrain from smoking (including cigarettes of any kind, as well as recreational substances) anywhere inside the apartment—whether in your room or the common areas—or anywhere within the immediate vicinity of the apartment complex.
