We are looking for housemates to share a fully independent house conveniently located on Bus Route 31, less than two minutes from the bus stop and approximately 12 minutes to campus.

The house has two rooms available — a larger room and a smaller room — with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The common areas are kept clean and tidy, and we expect all housemates to do the same.

🛏 Small Room – $440/month

Rent excludes utilities (electricity, gas, internet), which are split evenly among housemates — estimated at approximately $70/month per person.
The lease can begin in June, running through the end of the academic year. I am a 4th-year PhD student in Resource Economics and plan to stay in the house beyond this lease period, so you'll have a stable, long-term housemate.
