The unit is a 3bd/2br apartment at Kendrick place! I live with... another girl and a couple, all are very nice people and UMass undergraduates. Kendrick Place is the triangle building located at the end of downtown Amherst right at the rotary which is a perfect location for UMass and Amherst students. Two of them most likely won't be around over the summer. One of them is still deciding whether to stay here or move elsewhere. There are three bus stops very close to the building. The lease is 1425 per month, all utilities included(water, internet, trash disposal, heat/ac, etc)! We have a washer/dryer in the unit and the apartment is fully furnished.
