This is a converted single-family home with 3 distinct units: Property Owner's (Elsie Fetterman), upstairs, and downstairs ('upstairs' unit has living room + kitchen on main floor, bedrooms/bathroom are upstairs).
Each unit has their own bedrooms,... kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Laundry room is in the property owner's unit, and is shared between her unit and the upstairs unit. Property owner also has additional bathrooms accessible to all units if necessary.
There is a property manager who handles most of the maintenance-related tasks in the house. He has been very responsive in my interactions with him.
This posting is for the upstairs unit, though the downstairs unit may also have rooms available for the Fall. Most details should be the same, but contact property owner for more information.
One bedroom, fully furnished, is available on the top floor. All utilities, including water, sewer, heating (central), air conditioning (removable window units), internet, electricity, laundry access, landscaping, and snow/trash removal, are included in the base rent. There are two more bedrooms in the upstairs unit which have tenants (one of which is creating this posting, with the assistance of the property owner).
First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are due before move-in. First month's rent is required to reserve/hold the room.
