Beautiful home in Belchertown, looking to fill 1 bedroom as one roommate is moving out. Bedroom currently is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and desk to give an idea of the amount of space in the room. All furniture in the bedroom will be moved... out prior to move-in. Rent includes garage space. Room is available from August 1st, 2026. Looking to sign 1 year lease.

Home is in a very quiet neighborhood off Route 9. Roughly 20 minute drive from campus, no need to drive through downtown traffic to get to campus. Quabbin reservoir is 5 minute drive down the road with lots of hiking trails. 5 minutes the other way is Stop and Shop grocery store, CVS, and restaurants (Antonio's) in Belchertown.

Rent is $1000 per month. Oil (heat and hot water), WiFi, water, and garbage are all included in rent. Only utility would be electricity bill split monthly that typically works out to ~$40-$50 per month. Wood burning fireplace in living room.

Downstairs will be fully furnished, you only would need furniture for your bedroom. Recent renovations include new flooring upstairs and stainless steel fridge and dishwasher.
