Hi. I'm Ana. I'm currently a PhD student at UMass, Amherst. I'm looking for a roommate to take over the other bedroom in the house.

The house is located in a very quiet unit complex. There is a small forest area right beside the house that makes it... unique to watch wildlife pass by. There is a bus stop (route 30) 5 minutes walking from the house. There is no laundry in the unit. Parking is available at the property.

The house has two floors: The 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom with the shower are on the second floor. On the first floor, there are the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The expenses of the house will be divided equally between the other tenant and me, that is, rent ($890 per room per month), electricity (it varies by season), and internet (26 dollars per month per person). Other utilities are included within the rent (like water, trash removal, maintenance of the outside area, repairs for the apartment, etc).

I have been living here for 2 years, so the house has all the necessary furniture in the common areas like the living room and kitchen, which I'm happy to share.

The bedroom for rent is unfurnished. It has a large closet and its own thermostat (all rooms have their own thermostat).

I'm looking for another grad student, worker, or professor who is clean and tidy and easy to communicate with. I usually work from home, and I enjoy outdoor activities.
