The house is located 10 minutes walk from downtown Northampton. It is also accessible to the B43 bus line that goes to UMass and is right next to the bike trail.

Details of the house are:

- Location: 5 min walk to the nearby Stop & Shop/ KFC/ McDonalds/ Taco Bell, 17 minutes walk to the nearby B43 bus stop, 18 minutes walk to Northampton downtown and 20 minutes drive to UMass (9.5 miles). There is a nice bike trail just near the house.

- Amenities: Laundry in the house, off-street parking

We have a backyard where we enjoy bonfires and occasional hangouts with friends.

- Pets: Unfortunately, the owner does not allow pets.

The room is big and very bright.

The house is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 3-story duplex. The living room and kitchen are downstairs.

It's located right next to the bike path and very close to Downtown Northampton and Smith College. Next to the supermarket, Stop and Shop.

There is a laundry/washer in the unit and parking.
