Quaint, country house on working farm. It has 2 bedroom, 1 full large downstairs bathroom and 2- 1/2 baths upstairs. Hardwood floor through most areas. Has extra room for office space or excerise area. All applicances stay and washer/ dryer in the... large bathroom. Porch off the back of the house great for grilling. Cellar is dirt floor but can store item in totes. Forced hot air for heat. Out building space for storage. Parking for up to 2 cars. Very active driveway with farm machinery in and out. Looking for up tp 2 quiet non smokers. No pets.

Owner pays for town water/sewer, lawn care and snow plow of driveway. We do not shovel walk. All utilities responsibility of tenants
