Housing Details:
• Quick commute to UMass campus - < 3 miles (10 min drive or 20 min ride)
• Water, snow and garbage removal are included in rent
• WiFi and electric are split equally among tenants. We are somewhat new to the place and are still... figuring out heating costs. (Per month per person estimates: Heat ~$150; Wifi $25)
• Household costs (i.e. dish soap, paper towels) are split equally, but we otherwise cook and take care of ourselves.
Apartment Highlights:

• Bus stop nearby (On Route 31 free bus line to UMass and Amherst downtown) with quick access to shopping and groceries.

Room 1) Private, unfurnished, master bedroom with closet space and window. Shared bathroom. Larger square footage. Comes with personal parking space. Rent is $680 a month.
Room 2) Smaller, private, unfurnished bedroom with closet space and window. Shared bathroom. Shared parking space with other tenant (me!). When shared spot is occupied, visitor parking is available.
