Townhouse in downtown Northampton
Our beautiful townhouse is located in downtown Northampton, right next to restaurants, coffee shops, bike paths, hiking trails, rivers, and lakes. It’s a short walk to the Amtrak and inter-city bus station; easy walk/bike/drive to any of the Five... Colleges in the area, we are right on the bus route. Everything is here: on the first floor there is an open-concept living room flowing into a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, with the sliding door to a lovely patio with garden furniture and grill. There is also a small bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with super-comfortable mattresses, a Peloton-style bike, and a full bathroom. There are air-conditioners in every room, and high-speed internet throughout. There are two designated parking spots right outside the door, and laundry in the basement. We are looking to sublet to quiet and considerate adults, ideally visiting professors or post-docs, but we will consider advanced graduate students. Our place can work well either for a couple or two roommates. Our place is not a good fit for children or pets.
