The Boulders

It is a 2B1B apartment. I will be in one of the bedrooms, looking for a cis/non-trans female to occupy the other bedroom. Any major is welcome! The house is very close to 2 bus stops for the 31. There are buses that go to the mountain farms mall... (Walmart, Target, etc) on the weekend for convenient shopping. The house has a lot of essential items like microwave, etc already in here from my housemates (they are graduating in spring 26 and I am starting my PhD next fall).
