The Boulders Apartments (Shared Housing)

This unit is the 2-bed 1-bath floor plan listed on The Boulders' official website. The bathroom and kitchen have laminate floors, but the space is otherwise fully carpeted. The available room has a wall socket for an air conditioner, and there is an... air conditioner installed in another socket in the living room. You will need to bring your own furnishings, but the kitchen has a coffee pot, instant pot, microwave, toaster oven, rice pot, and air fryer that you are welcome to use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or hallways, but you are allowed to smoke outside - just not directly under anyone's window, please.

This unit's building is very close to the mail boxes for the complex and just across the street from the main office, package room, fitness room, and (small) dog park. The Boulders allows both dogs and cats, but there is a limit of two per unit. Therefore, since I already have a dog, only one other pet will be allowed.

There are two bus stops for the 31 within a three-minute and five-minute walk from the apartment, and the Mill Valley stop about a ten minute's walk away provides access to the 36, 38, and r29 routes as well.
