Summer Sublet - close to downtown Northampton

Private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Northampton, located just a 5-minute walk from downtown is available for summer sublet from end of May (flexible move-in date) to August 30, 2026.

The room available is located on the second... floor. Private bedroom with window AC -- full-size mattress, bed frame, desk and chair can be available for no additional cost (you have to ensure removal and proper disposal upon move-out).

The unit also comes with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer.

Graduate students (or college seniors) preferred as roommates. Current occupants are UMass graduate students (32M, 26F, 23M) who are social, easy-going, respectful and quiet. Subletter will be expected to partake in the cleaning schedule and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces.

Rent does not include gas, electricity, or internet bills, but water is included. The property features a spacious backyard and parking space. First month rent required for signing the summer sublet lease.
