Summer sublet: bedroom in 3bdr/1.5bath condo on Gatehouse Road

I am looking for a summer subletter for my bedroom in a 3bdr/1.5bath condo on Gatehouse Road in Amherst. It is a fairly large bedroom with ample closet space. It can be furnished or unfurnished. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the... second floor. On the first floor are the kitchen, living room, dining space, and the half bathroom, and a back porch facing a pond and a large willow tree. We have a washer and dryer in the basement.

The rent is $800 per month plus utilities (electric and internet). The sublease term is 6/1/25 - 8/31/25, but earlier move in is also possible. If you have a shorter lease term in mind, please feel free to reach out.

We are about 4 miles away from the UMass campus. The 30 and 45 bus stops are within a 5 minute walk, and biking to (the farthest end of) campus takes about 20 minutes. It's about a 10-15 min drive to the parking lot near the computer science building.

It is also a great location for running/exercising; the condo is located next to Hampshire Athletic Club, only 1.5 miles away from the bike trail (via Fort Hill), and 1/4 mile away from the Robert Frost trail system.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One of your roommates will be a female PhD student in German studies. The other roommate is also looking to sublet their room, so the second roommate is TBD. We can arrange for you and another person you know to take the two available rooms if you prefer that.

The apartment is in a quiet condo building (please no loud parties), and we maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, so the room is best suited for graduate students and professionals, although if you are an undergraduate who prefers to live in a calm environment, you might be a good fit too. We split cleaning chores and try to keep the place tidy and clean, so someone with a similar mindset would be appreciated.
