Summer Sublet 2025- Taylor Street apartment

Hi!
I have a summer sublet opportunity of a bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment this Mid-May or June to August of 2025. Rent will be about 560$ and utilities can vary from 20-60$ or higher.
It is near Triangle Street, Amherst MA. It is also near a... bus stop and it has a nice open yard.

If you or someone you know is looking for a place to stay during the upcoming summer months! Preference will be given to a female (or GLBTQ) graduate student or young professional. If anyone is interested. Please let me know in the comments. I can provide images or potentially a tour of the apartment.
