Belchertown Cozy Unit

Cozy old New England house. This is the #3 unit of a triplex which consists of the entire top floor with nobody above us. Stairs go right up to this unit with no shared entryway with other tenants.

This unit is in Belchertown which is about 15-20... minutes from campus by car. It's right along the 45 bus route and the nearest stop is just a 3-5 minute walk down the road. The street is pretty quiet only getting a little busy during rush hours. It's right across from a gas station which is very convenient and there's a Stop & Shop just 2 minutes down the road which makes groceries a breeze. We have our own off-street driveway so parking is easy.

It's got an old cabin feel and can be made to be pretty cozy. There's two pretty sizeable bedrooms (only one up for rent), a shared living room / common area, in-unit washer / dryer, a small kitchen, one bathroom, and a small entryway / mudroom.

The rent is $750 which covers heating, water, trash & snow removal. We are responsible for internet and electricity which is usually around $130.
