Summer sublease - Private living room

Summer sublease available at Brandywine.

This is a Living Room fully divided to function as a bedroom. It is very large, and you have private access to the balcony. I recently purchased room darkening curtains for the sunny mornings.

I will travel... during the summer, so I want to find a subletter for summer or for some period of the summer, potentially including July. The other roommates are respectful male PhD students from Mathematics, who are very dedicated to their studies. There is access to the pool during summer. And the view from the balcony is truly enjoyable. I can share more pictures. There are two bus stops nearby. Near campus.
