Summer '25 Sublet in the Townehouses!

This listing is for a summer sublet (June - August) for a unit in the Townehouses of Amherst! The unit has two bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds for potential room sharing. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, and... there are multiple large closets for storage space. We will leave the place furnished for our subletters, with two couches and a TV in the living room, a table and chairs in the dining area, and beds and desks in the bedrooms. Total rent is $1,800 a month for the unit, and utilities (gas, electric, wifi) tend to be about $150.00 total. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex, putting us directly on Route 31. Although the sublet dates say 5/18 to 8/30, feel free to move in any time between 5/18 and 6/1.

*Rent and utilities split equally: 2 people ~$975/mo, 3 people ~$650/mo, and 4 people ~$490/mo
