Sugarloaf Estates, 1 room for grad student for Spring 2026 + renewal

Hey all! I'm a rising 3rd year PhD student looking to fill the second room of my 2-Bedroom apartment at Sugarloaf Estates. My current roommate is graduating and moving away.

Preferably looking for a male grad student who's pretty clean, as I am... myself and that's a pretty big thing for roommates to agree on.

Apartment is on the top floor, has A/C, a dishwasher, updated stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, a pretty decent mini-gym and a nice pool area outside, and I've been very happy with it over the past two years. Bus stop is right outside in the parking lot.

Rent per person is $937.50, and includes all utilities except electric and TV (internet is included). Apartments are unfurnished, but I have a dining table/chairs and a toaster oven already, along with cutlery and some other stuff. (My roommate will be taking his bed/desk back with him).
