Studio in 26 Spring Street, Downtown Amherst
Hi everyone! I’m looking for folks to sublet my studio at 26 Spring Street, located in downtown Amherst (just behind the Town hall and Episcopal church) starting this May 15 2025. The studio is self-contained and fully furnished. The kitchen comes... equipped with several storage shelves, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a separate (closed-off) shower. The unit also comes with a washer+dryer unit. The utilities are included (water, heat and internet).
The unit is accessible to campus in about 15 minutes by walk (5 minutes by car) and is well connected to other places in and around Amherst by buses (since it is located in the downtown area). There is also a really nice hiking trail just behind Amherst College (which is walkable from the unit). There are also multiple bus stops right by the house since it is in downtown Amherst.
