Room in Modern and Quiet 3BR Apartment
Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take over my single room in a 3 BR 2 BA apartment. It is conveniently on bus route and about a 13 min bus ride from UMass. The bus is right in front of the complex! The area is very quiet as mostly grad... students and people out of college live here. The room will be available starting right after finals are over or can be a little bit before depending on my last final date! There are many amenities, including a small dog park, playground, convenience store, plaza right next to us with a cafe, clothing store, ice cream shop, etc. Inside the apartment, there is an in unit washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. Gym below us on first floor as well as a yoga room. I really love this place but am studying abroad!
I am also hoping to have the person subletting for the summer to renew for the next year, lease starting in August. This would greatly help as one roommate plans to stay.
