Spring Sublet on Bus Route!

This apartment is great for college students! It's in North Amherst, right across the street from a bus stop which makes it super convenient to get to and from UMass campus. It comes furnished–we have couches, a TV, and a dining table and chairs in... the common space. I will also be leaving a bed in the bedroom for the sublet. I have a small desk I'd be willing to sell for cheap too. We have full size appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove) in the kitchen and a microwave. There's a mini-split A/C and heat unit in each bedroom and the living room. Super cozy and a great deal for the area!

The unit is a three bedroom apartment located above a great teriyaki restaurant. I'm subletting my room, so you'd be living with two awesome roommates–both UMass seniors.
