Spring '26 Shared Room Sublet in the Townehouses! (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This listing is for a spring sublet (Jan/Feb - May) for a room in the Townehouses of Amherst! The unit has two bedrooms, one of which will be occupied by my lovely roommate. The other bedroom has two twin beds for potential room sharing, and there is... a pull-out couch in the living room if a third person wants to join the sublet. We would prefer to sublet to at least two people, since my roommate will be staying in the spring and would like her rent to remain the same. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, and there are multiple large closets for storage space. We will leave the place furnished for our subletters, with two couches and a TV in the living room, a table and chairs in the dining area, and beds and a desk in the bedroom. Total rent is $1,950 a month for the unit, and utilities (gas, electric, wifi) tend to be about $150 total. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex, putting us directly on Route 31.
