The house has one bedroom for rent on the first floor, which has its own private bathroom with shower. This space is available starting the end of August, 2024.
There is also a shared kitchen with breakfast nook for your use on the first floor. Renter is also welcome to use front and side porch, outdoor parking and very big yard. The house is fully furnished. No pets or smoking are permitted.
This is a fantastic place to live and very close to UMass.
