Spacious Private Living Room - Lantern Court Apts

Looking for a female to take over the spacious living room. Listing is for Summer sublet (June 8 - Aug 17), rent is $500/month+utilities. Utility includes electricity and wifi, which will be shared between you and the other roommate.

You have your... own private entrance and your own closet; there are plenty of storage spaces. The living room has air conditioning so it's actually a better place to be in. There is also spare mattress and desk available to use.

You have 1 female roommate, who's an undergrad staying in one of the bedrooms. The person in the other bedroom is away this summer. It's a private living space partitioned with floor-to-ceiling curtains to ensure privacy. The kitchen is shared and is on the opposite side of the living room.

The apartment is a spacious two-bedroom in the vibrant Lantern Court community in Sunderland, Massachusetts—just minutes from local colleges and universities.

Features include:

- Less than 3 mins walk to the PVTA 31 bus stop.10 mins bus ride to UMass Amherst.
- Less than 3 mins walk to the Sunderland Plaza (next to the bus stop) that has convenience store, Dunkin', Frontier Pizza, Subway, and .
