Spacious 1-bedrom apt, summer sublet
The apartment is fully furnished. It is on the bus route of PVTA 30/45, the bus stop is 5 mins walking distance. The place is also 25 mins walking distance to downtown amherst, 40 mins walking distance to UMass Amherst campus. UMass is only 10 mins... away by bus. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a lot of closet space some of which will be emptied for the summer. The living room has a couch, TV, two study desks, a dining table with 4 chairs. We have a portable AC and a washing machine. There is also a big laundromat 10 mins walking distance.
