Social Amherst less than 10 minutes from campus, Looking for a Lease Takeover Before the Semester
The unit for sub-leasing is in one of the 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom units at the Social Amherst in Sunderland. It is a safe and quiet community of all age ranges from college students to residents that have resided here for years. Staff and neighbors... are friendly, and there are many amenities such as an outdoor grill, dog park, and laundry to name a few. I am urgently looking for a sub-lease due to federal funding cuts to grants and the lease takeover can begin before the semester begins at any time in January. The unit is 2 floors, with a living room, kitchen area and half bathroom on the first floor, with the bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor. There is a sliding door with a screen to a back lawn area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The first floor has vinyl flooring and the stairs and second floor are carpeted. This is a pet friendly apartment complex although it may require more paperwork, as well as requiring additional fees.
