Some storage in shared basement with laundry, shared breezeway with space for coats and shoes, private deck and use of side yard, soaking tub/shower, no dishwasher. 15 min to downtown Northampton, 30 min to UMass.
$1500/month includes heat, hot water, wifi, garbage removal, lawn care, snow removal and laundry.
First month rent and $1000 security deposit to move in, $2500 total. Available 11/1. We will ask to run a CORI check and for at least one reference.
