Winter heating from forced hot air furnace plus Mitsubishi heat pump. Bedroom has 3 windows. Closet space. Laundry facilities in house included.

Privacy and seclusion in a 1-acre back yard. You will be sharing the house with the owners...a "young" retired couple who travel a good part of the year, plus one quiet professional and a UMASS graduate student, and a very mature senior who will be moving out of this room at the end of May, 2025.

While the owners are living in Amherst all of us share the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and glassed-in / three-season porch in a quiet, yet active way. Plenty of off-street parking. We are a nonsmoking home.
